Refund Policy

At Swade Lazeez, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible dining experience. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances arise where a refund may be necessary.

Conditions for Refund

  • Undelivered or Incorrect Order: If your order is not delivered or if it is incorrect, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • Cancellation Before Delivery: If you cancel your order before it is delivered, you will receive a full refund.
  • Unsatisfactory Food Quality: If you are not satisfied with the quality of the food you received, you may request a refund. However, we require that at least 70% of the food has not been consumed.

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the refund request
  • Proof of the issue (e.g., photo of undelivered or incorrect order)

Refund Timeframe

Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited to the same payment method you used to place the order.

Exceptions

  • Refunds will not be granted for orders that are canceled after they have been delivered.
  • Refunds will not be granted for food that has been partially consumed.
  • Refunds will not be granted for orders that have been tampered with.
